Have you tried retrieving the videos using the password etc that you set up during the order process?
If funds have been withdrawn from your paypal, those deductions should show up in your account summary. Which would mean that the transactions were completed, making your login information valid. This should allow you to log in to retrieve those videos, even if you didn't receive the final confimation page from them.
If you can't login to retrieve those videos, I would attach a screenshot of your paypal account showing the withdrawls for the video purchases and email support.
