The Fantasy Fest I know of is in Key West, Florida every October. If you google it you will find the most amazing pictures. I am fascinated by the body painting but do not know that I would have the courage to walk down Duval wearing nothing but body paint.

Yes, it's in Key West Florida every year in October. Best thing about it is people wear what they want. Most people wear costumes and are very creative...but basically you wear whatever makes you happy. It's a fun time! One of my favorite places to be
