favorites not saving

Hi, lost all my favorite charms and it won't save then when trying to add back. any tips ? thanks

Hi Spirit,
I'm not sure how the favorites thing on the site works, but I'll see if I can get an answer for you

I think clearing your history or cookies in your browser also clears your fave Charms as well. Hope this helps .
