What's in a Name?

'How do you decide what to name each child?' 'That is simple', replied the elder. 'When a child is born, I look around. If the snow is gently falling, I name that child 'Snow Gently Falling'. If there is a breeze blowing, I name that child 'Blowing Breeze'. Why do you ask, 'Two Dogs Fucking'?
