So I used to have a favorite charm her name was "SWEET BRANDY" I dont believe she is on here anymore..does anyone know whatever happened to her of if she made a new name?

She did not make a new name. She was friends with me and ShugarNTexas SC1. We always had a lot of fun with her. However, life in the real world was keeping her really busy and she left SC. Sweet Brandy is still in many photo updates and videos with myself and also with Shugar. We still miss her too.

No. The content belongs to her. When her site was removed at her request, she retained ownership of her content.
As Jorja stated above, you can purchase additional content that includes her on other charms/gents videos and she's provided links for you.
