Payment Options.

Hi.

I'm in the UK, and for many years we have been using a payment system here known as UKash, which is also known and used internationally, see this site https://www.ukash.com/en-GB/

I tried to join a charms site, and I saw the button under the payment options and it stated UKash as a payment option. It even had the UKash logo, I am attaching a screen shot for you to see. But, when I tried to complete the payment process it stated that there was an error, so I contacted the billing provider Epoch.com, and they said they don't accept this payment method?

So why is it clearly displayed and allowed to be clicked upon as a payment option?

Not everyone wants to use a credit card, and this is just as good as any other form of money / payment, and is in fact instantaneous, just like the rest.

Can you clarify please if you are going to add this age restricted validated adult payment system please.

Although this isn't an answer to your question, this may be helpful - you can also purchase by money order. I know it takes a couple days but I know I have a few members who don't like to pay with a credit card so this is a great solution:

I hope that this can be addressed. It is a genuine pay system accepted all over the world. And you are age verified at the point of purchase. I am curious as to why Epoch don't seem to like it. Either way they are supposed to provide a service for All customers to use this site. It can't be because of the lack of re-billing because we can use the money order system which does not have a re-billing system attached to them.

I also appreciate that we can use the money order system, but, as commented on it is very slow.

I'll wait and see what an admin advises, maybe they can throw some weight behind this.

I know what you are talking about, but no, it's nothing to do with the restrictions that some of the ISP's are talking about. And, I opted out anyway.

I did speak to an epoch agent via their on-line chat system, they said they don't use that UKash system. I just thought it was strange, especially when you look at the picture I attached in the beginning of this thread.
