Can't find my subscription

Thought I'd post this here, see if anyone can help. I subscribed to a charm's site a few months back, and was looking to cancel the subscription and move on to someone else. But when I go to the billing page, I can't find the subscription to cancel it. I tried sending an email to SC support, requesting the cancellation of the subscription, but didn't receive a reply, and was rebilled for a further month. Has anyone else had this issue, and is there a way to get this done as I can't afford to keep paying for something I no longer want?

Did you go here:
https://www.epoch.com/You just need to enter two of the four fields into the box on the right.
If you still can't find it, let me know and I'll contact someone in the SC office for you about it.
Pm me the charms site name and your email address you used to get it canceled for you. <If you can't find it via epoch>

Thanks Randi and Chatty Patty, but Epoch is always the first place I check. I've had around 500 subscriptions over the last 12 years, so I'm no stranger to Epoch. But when I go in here, the subscription isn't listed. I didn't receive a welcome email either, so I have no subscription ID to trace the transaction either.

It's possible, but even searching through my card number and login id, it doesn't come up
