2000 updates

So I wanted to start off and say congrats to Alaya for hitting the 2000 update milestone! But then I also want to say congrats to all of the other incredibly prolific charms... so a quick search shows the other charms with over 2K updates:
Fantasia
Tracy
Kayla
Alexus Lyn
Italian Lace
Angelique UK
Randy Razz
and Alaya just hit 2k Yesterday!
Also Buddah will hit it with her next update! And this doesn't count bonus updates!

Congrats to all the charms who are getting there! Someday I will get there. Right now, I am concentrating on 1000 by the end of the year.

So do you have anything special planned for your 1000th update?
I know Lace alwyas gets a cake for every 500th update... you could do something cool yourself to celebrate! Good luck... I can't wait to see what you come up with!

Ok, just doing the math... based on how many updates SC has for the year, I don't think you can make it to 1000 by the end of the year Wendy
Even with updating every day... But realize that whenever you do post, I'll definately be watching... and drooling! I do love all of your shots!

Yeah.... I tried doing the math today and was like...mmmmm not going to make it. But it is a good goal to have. I will be at 1000 by next year. Hehehe.

Thanks so much! I was super excited to pass 2000. I remember when it was the biggest milestone I could imagine... Now I'm aiming for 3000!

Wow 2000 - what a milestone for these charms. Huge congratulations. I can remember feeling so good hitting 200 last year lol cant imagine when I hit 2000.
Hope you have celebrated wildly and your fans have shown how much they appreciate all your hard work (i hope SC have also done something for you to mark the landmark)

I have for me once calculated
and would take about 8 years, if I have
make 15 updates every month ...

Do you or any other charm that has a high photo update count see an increase in members? Was wondering as sometimes I see a random increase in members but don't know if it's because of a certain picture set, quantity of updates or who knows, lol.

I definitely saw a spike in sales after hitting 1000 updates, and my high months have been consistently higher since. Prior to 1000, sales had been steadily dropping and then platued a bit, so I think anyone who can get over 1000 updates has a lot to look forward to! Consistency is also VERY important, possibly the most important thing in growing your member base.
You're doing great at 850+ You'll be at 1000 in no time!
