I notice when i'm looking at posts in lets say new updates on the right hand side of the post some charms have a small jpeg picture automatically appear so that everyone can see who you are straight away . What do I have to do so I can have a picture automatically appear every time i post in the forums ?.

Top left, under board index. Click Moderator Control Panel. Use tabs to select "avatar" Then follow those directions to upload a profile pic.
