Hi would it be possable to make the the fan box and voting simpler? some of my fans cannot sign in to the Fanbox to vote

First question: Are they registered?

Send me their registered usernames and I can check. You can post their usernames here in this thread.

You must have a user ID and password AND have been activated in order to sign in, otherwise you will only be able to view the posts, and not see the attachments or participate in the contest.

If they are logged in but unable to vote, then they have not posted three posts anywhere on the forum.

If they are logged in, AND if they have made three posts and they are not able to vote, then they aren't clicking a voting circle to vote

In short, they need to email me as the instructions state, or tell you the answer to my first question, are they registered and have they been activated. Since I take care of all of that, then I'm the one who can help them be able to place a vote, but I need more information.
