It is similar... just the finishing... not so much on the inhales... I enjoy the long white cigarettes between your lips...

I think the exhales can be v good.
But I'm not sure a vape tank looks as sexy between the fingers or lips.

I guess as with all fetishes its either unusual or forbidden in polite society, I guess the latter does not count and either does the first, so I would say not really, but see how it goes.

Unless the device is one that emulates the size and shape of a cigarette, no. Truthfully, I find both rather distracting, especially vaping. Seeing a pretty face obscured by a huge cloud of vapor just doesn't do it for me.
