stockings and garter belt

Ok, this is one more for the charms, or in the least the women on the board (I hope there are a few fans out there). I admit I LOVE to see a woman wearing stockings,but I do have a question, I guess more geared to wearing them regularly, do you have the suspenders inside or outside of your panties? inside would seem to make more sense to me, but most pics I've seen, the suspenders are on the outside. your thoughts?

If I'm wearing them in real time, the panties are under my gater belt. And that is because of panty lines and a smooth look. However, if I am going to a swing club or doing a photo set, my panties are most likely on the outside of my gater belt. Because panty lines are not as important when the clothes are coming off soon anyway!

I guess I was bad from the start. I got my first garter belt and stockings when I was 16. I don't ever recall wearing the panties under the belt it's always been over it.
