I have spoken to some of the charms from time to time and some have expressed an interest in taking some flexibility photos.

For each of the ladies. Can you do the splits? If you have not tried in a while please give it a try now and report in the results.


Thank you in advance for your replies and especially to any ladies who decide to take some splits attempt photos. I will post this under the Requests as well not to get duplicate replies but just in case on board is more popular than another.

I think you emailed me once before. I've tried the splits in a few work-out type photo sets. I'm not that great at it admittedly!

Awesome! I really got off on Wendy Watkins' stretching vid too, I recommend both to the OP.
