You've got it. I have been verifying like you wouldn't believe. I have to check to make sure that the Charm/Gent hasn't already registered previously. Then check to verify their e-mail is the one on file or on their SC site, etc. All takes time. Plus, there are those who are being blocked for what ever reason we have to come up with ways to get them in. It has been a bear this past week.
