Hola. My friend and fellow Charm Daisy Cruz is having problems getting on to the board.
I'm trying to get her on and would eally appreciate the help.

what i think i got out of it was no, shes not blacklisted as a spammer but her account exists on her e-mail but isn't active.

how can we fix this?
