Love to cook, but it is more food experimentation than culinary excellence. Love making sauces, and am told my barbecue sauce never tastes the same way twice. Have a friend that owns Bison ranch in Montana and a gator farm in the South. I cant bake a lick, but I get Amish friends to make Shoofly Pie, pies and cakes. I send him some twice a year and he sends me bison and gator meat. Love making White Chili with the gator meat( has the same flavor and texture as chicken), and the bison is great for regular chili. I love to cook when I am sad or something is bothering me. Also make a pretty good vegetable soup( I use okra), and a mean Zucchini Soup. I have several friends that ask to me make solutions for their Thanksgiving turkeys. The one everyone loves is Applejack, a fermented mess of Strongbow cider, regular cider, mince, bourbon and liquified raisins and assorted spices. Even with all that, I would love to bake even just a simple Angels Food cake without it becoming hard as a rock, sticking to the pan, or catching fire in the over.....
