COVID 19 Hobbies Rekindled?

One of my hobbies that has been neglected the last few years is baking. I used some of my COVID 19 down time to rekindle that. I learned how to make Angel Food cake, and I made up my own recipe for a cake made with oranges. Kind of based on a carrot cake.
