On the main page, I think the link should be larger and give more information about the Forums. Also the label message board is not clear may be put Chat to Charms.

I'm thinking we could include the FAN BOX link in some of the photos we publish for free, and also in our email. A short message inviting our followers to visit us there.

Yes, that's something some charms do, it helps let your fans know there's another place to interact with you, especially if you want to set up a specific chat time.

I didn't realize that this was out here when I started. I only recently started posting at all to join the contests. I would say that traffic might increase if subscribers were emailed things like 'don't forget to vote in the November contest' or 'check out X's new update' Something that would peak the interest and automatically direct them to the site.
