I say android but that is because it syncs to my tablet easily and I don't have to change platforms from phone to tablet. My husband on the other hand was an iphone guy and now does android but grumbles about changing still. I told him to go back to iphone on his next upgrade if he is unhappy.

Android all the way. The IOS operating system is fine, as are the iPhones, just prefer Android. I used to go through at least one phone per year. Three years ago bought an Asus Zenfone 2. The thing is practically indestructible. Like an old Timex watch, takes a licking and keeps on ticking.
