I rarely take a shower.

But I have a warm bath a few times a day. It is relaxing. It soothes the beast in me. I feel calm when I get out.

How about u guys

I prefer a shower most times, but a bath is nice from time to time.

Bath is the preferred option, when having the time.
Shower when not.

I prefer the Shower for day to day. Shallow bath tubs leave me feeling chilly on top!

I think both are awesome but haven’t had a tub available for 16 months now besides my stay in Vegas for a Mompov video and two photo shoots so I didn’t get to relax and enjoy.

definitely bath. I like to take the time to soak off the day. And then scrub like crazy before rinsing off in the shower. I am weird like that. But my skin feels so good... :X

I can relate to alot of the previous posters, I love a hot bath but I get cold and feel like I'm not as clean when I sit in the bathwater.

I read about the benefits of taking a bath in epsom salt and it's really a good way to get your magnesium...

Sounds like a infomercial but I wanted to share this https://www.healthline.com/health/epsom-salt-bath

Check about the benefits of epsom salt baths, it helps relax your muscles, helps mental well being and keep everything regulated, we need magnesium :d

Back to the topic, I prefer showers but take baths in epsom salt, baking soda and essential oils probably once a month if I can!

Smooches,
JJ

Yes, very insightful. We really need minerals and vitamins, more than actually provided in food. So supplementing and skin care is always a must.

On the same topic: I use to pour two slips of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) and 3-4 table spoons of sea salt in the bathtub before spending about an hour time to soak in it. Pink Himalaya salt is just too expensive but can go as well -- adding a richer palette of minerals.
Using only pink Himalayan salt in the kitchen though.

The sea salt will react with chloride and neutralize its harmful effects to the skin.

The baking soda makes the water more alkaline which helps a great deal with improving skin texture and general health.

Thanks for sharing JJ!

Kisses,
Doris

I bet it's been ages since I've had a bath. Our master bath only has a shower stall. The hall bath has the tub and my kids are responsible for cleaning it. Nope, not happening. Maybe when we're empty nesters I'll give it a go. Now hot tubs, I get into everyone I can find, LOL

I love baths & I'm dying. I moved into a historic building and we don't have a tub due to weight :-(
