I'm making a positive change in my outlook. Looking for the good, not the negative.
And I'm making a positive change in my health. Instead of worrying about my weight, I'm making sure I exercise, on a regular schedule. Eating healthier. And replacing happy thoughts with sad ones for mental health

I resolved about 10 years ago never to make another New Year's resolution and what do you know, I've managed to keep that one, LOL. Maybe I should resolve to shoot more girl-girl content with you this year. We still have eleven months

This is so True. Everyday is an opportunity to improve, why feel guilty about a new years resolution.
