Hi my friends, fans and lovers,

Thank you so much for all the beautiful compliments on my weight loss. I am going to try my
best to maintain and not lose anymore, I am very happy in a size medium!!! I have not seen a
medium for over 20 years!!!

All health issues and my heart are doing fine, so the goal is to keep the weight off to not end
up with surgery on my heart! So that is the biggest motivator for me!!

Congratulations!!! You look amazing but I have always thought you looked amazing. I would be curious what the journey to losing the 50 took. I am so glad you are healthy and happy!!!
