Ok off the wall, and just cuz I can't believe that anyone likes these nasty, bitter, bleeeecky little things...…..
I LOVE vegitables, but this one I just can't stand. It looks like it should taste good, especially cooked in melted butter and black pepper, but YUCK! I hated them as a kid and tried them again recently, you know cuz I'm mature and all now......lol And OMG I couldn't spit that nasty little thing out fast enough...... and I swallow CUM

Brussel Sprouts can be delicious. There are so many ways to enjoy them. I have baked them, sautéed them, and found them very tasty. Alas for medical reasons I can no longer enjoy them.....

I learned this trick for delicious Brussel Sprouts about 15 tears ago. she would blanche them in water, add some olive oil. Then puncture them and soak them in Guinness. Next day, she would put them and some fresh coffee grounds in a paper bag, shake and then bake them in the oven. She made them several times and I could never get my fill. Also to make a tender and juicy steak, coat the same in coffee grounds, and it is an amazing taste.

I love them! Especially halved and sautéed in olive oil with fresh garlic, salt and pepper! Yum!!

Coffee!?!?! Really!? I've never heard of them prepared this way, but I am intrigued!

Oh yes, any food coated and baked, or grilled with a coating of ground coffee, especially a dark roast, will give the food a caffeine taste, and a big jump start. have even made chicken that way. Of course I will try anything. Several years ago, I marinated my Thanksgiving turkey in a tub if Redd's Apple Ale. Was a bust, tasted good but not great, but the skin was oh so crispy.

I like them. I just have to have a lot of salt and butter on them. Which defeats the point of trying eating healthy.

I love brussel sprouts, exspecially in creamy butter with a little garlic
