Eligible charms only: ie: You must not have won a prior Shining Star Contest to post in Shining Star. If you are a prior Shining Star winner, you can enter the Crown Jewel. Lists of Winners and Rules Here:

I LOVE a woman in uniform! This is the coolest web site with so much to see and do. We get to vote in two picture contests every month! There's polls, beautiful women to chat with and send messages to, model's blogs, stories to read, all kinds of things. Thank you ladies!
