Rules:
The end date of the contest will be posted at the contest start. I will use the "Mega Millions"

When and where are the drawings held?
Mega Millions® drawings are held Tuesdays and Fridays at 11 p.m. Eastern Time, 10 p.m. Central Time, 9 p.m. Mountain Time, 8 p.m. Pacific Time.
The last drawing before the first of the next month will be the "Lucky Charm" Winner day.
For June, the Lottery day we will use will be Friday, June 26.
Here's how to enter:
Post your free side compliant themed photo as usual, however, you also need to post a number between 1 & 70! This number must be very clear and easy to recognize. You can't select a number that has already been posted. Each entry must have a different number.
All entries must be posted by two days before Lottery Draw Date.
YOU CAN NOT EDIT YOUR POST ONCE IT HAS BEEN POSTED. Any edits will void your entry for that month. If a post is edited, a statement appears at the bottom of the post announcing it's edit.
Edits won't be fair and won't be allowed. Since everyone has to select a DIFFERENT number, it's not fair for someone to be able to change their number after they posted. Also, edits are not allowed to stop someone from changing their number after the winning number has been drawn.
After the Lottery Numbers have been drawn, the charm who's posted number is the number closest to the THIRD DRAWN LOTTERY NUMBER will be that month's $100 winner. In terms of closest, the number coming before takes priority in case of a tie (someone picks 48 and someone picks 52 and the number was 50. 48 would be "closest")

Contest #2 - Miss June Southern Charms - or current month
- One Winner
- Fan Voting To Determine Winner
- Cash Prize of $50 to be paid by William with your check
- Winner is not allowed back to back wins on the Miss Southern Charm contest - and must forfeit a
month after winning, even if she gets the most votes.
- NO monthly theme for photo entries, Charm selects photo of her choice
- Your contest photo will advertise your SC site to the fanbox fans
- Charms may enter BOTH contests at the same time. Winning the Lucky Charms Contest does not
incur a wait period for winning the Miss Southern Charms contest
Rules:
Each charm can post one free side compliant photo of their choice. The contest entry posting deadline date will be posted at contest start. Once the voting poll has been created, no further entries will be allowed. Only 1 vote per person. In case of a tie, the charm who posted her photo FIRST will win the prize.
Additional Notes:
Fans: If you are a "newbie" or newly registered, you must make 3 posts in any thread of this forum before you will be able to access the voting
Additionally, tipping is greatly appreciated for both the contest entrants and the winners!!
CHARMS: If you are having photo upload issues: For those of you emailing Brady or Brian about this, they aren't familiar with the forum photo upload issues you are having.
Please contact me if you are having problems. There's nothing staff can do to help you with the photo upload problem you are having.
You have to read the posts and my pm's. You are most likely trying to upload a wrong format, too large, or duplicate named photo.
Please change your file name to something obscure. The forum WILL NOT accept a file that has a duplicate name of a file already uploaded. Also it has to be jpg I believe. And please check the file size.
Those are the only reasons for you to be having problems.
If you find that you simply can't get your photo to load, please EMAIL IT TO ME. Serenacharm@hotmail.com so I can see what the problem is and correct it for you.

1) You must be a prior photo contest winner in order to post in the CROWN JEWEL Contest. Additionally, you are only elligible to post in the Shining Star Contests if you have never won a photo contest before.
2) Only "actively" posting charms are eligible to post photos. Actively posting, for contest requirements, mean you must have posted a new update at least twice in the month of the contest.
3) All photos must be compliant with free side posting rules of SC. NO GUESTS are allowed in photos for contest.. No hands, mouths, fingers, etc that aren't yours aren't allowed.
4) Only one photo is allowed. Charms must post their own photos. You can not change out your photo once voting has started.
5) Minimum requirements to run the contest is TWO entries. If only two entries occur, then only 1 vote per fan will be allowed. Contest will not happen for the month if only one person enters.
6) For the CROWN JEWEL Contest, 90 days must pass after you win before you are eligible to win again. If you do receive the majority of votes before you are eligible, the second place winner will receive the cash prize. This does not apply if you won the Shining Star contest and then entered the Crown Jewel contest. In this case you are eligible to win the prize for Crown Jewel with no wait time.
7) The deadline for posting photos will appear at the top of each contest. As will the poll end date. *Look to the top left corner of post once poll has been created.
8) Charms are encouraged to use their social media, text, emails etc to promote their entry.
9) Multiple registrations from the same person in order to obtain votes IS NOT ALLOWED!! I will be checking IP addresses of each charm who enters and only one additional registration ID is allowed for the charm's S/O if needed.
10) Two votes per person is allowed, but they must be done at the same time. Charms are allowed to vote for themselves.
11) In case of a tie, the prize money will be split among everyone in a tie. Sooooooooo, get out there and promote
12) Currently, Prize money is $100 for Crown Jewel Winner, and $50 for Shining Star Winner.
13) Monthly Photo Themes are posted in advance! This gives more charms time to have a photo ready for the contest.
