Great news for all those forum fans of THE ORVILLE. She flies again in March 2022. If you remember Seth McFarland decided to take his show from FOX to the streaming service HULU in 2019 after the last show of season 2 aired in April 2019. Then the pandemic shut done production in 2020.
McFarland announced that filming for season 3 ended on August 11th, and Hulu announced recently that the first show of the much awaited season 3 entitled "Electric Sheep " will air on March 10th, 2022.
McFarland states that his desire to share more content and stories with the fans needed the show to lengthen to 50-60 minutes per episode, something that could not be done on network TV. So he moved the show to Hulu.
The entire cast returns, and since film wrapped up in August this will be some of the last work by the late Norm MacDonald. Looking forward to it personally.
Little trivia, McFarland wanted to score the music for the show like that of a movie. So for each episode for seasons one and two he employed a 75 piece orchestra.
