who works remote?

hey friends,

this has always been my dream to work fully remote in either healthcare or operations! I will always do SC but gotta have a main hustle and
I am truly burnt out of going into the office and dealing with peoples! it is truly too peopley for me out there! lol

so what are the pros and cons!!!

I work from home full time now, biggest issue is not mixing with different people as much, upside is I can send more time with my little one I am in my 40's now and missed a lot of my first two little ones working full time so its a decision i dont regret
