Thought I'd post this here, see if anyone can help. I subscribed to a charm's site a few months back, and was looking to cancel the subscription and move on to someone else. But when I go to the billing page, I can't find the subscription to cancel it. I tried sending an email to SC support, requesting the cancellation of the subscription, but didn't receive a reply, and was rebilled for a further month. Has anyone else had this issue, and is there a way to get this done as I can't afford to keep paying for something I no longer want?
