I was in Mexico most of September and I am returning as soon as the new year comes in. I had COVID in July and I am not worried one bit about getting it again. I was at a party about 1 month ago and everyone got it and my husband and I were fine since we have already had it. The same thing while I was in Mexico...I shared a boat with 6 people and those 4 people returned to the States with COVID(mild case) and texted my husband and I down in Mexico to see how we were doing and we were just fine. Once you get it, it's all gravy baby!

Really? That is not my understanding. But it is wishful thinking. I am very glad your husband and yourself are good. Many others who have contracted it are not.

u guys must feel like u are a bionic couple...lol. Fighting off covid with your SUPER systems.

Great to hear a positive result that ended extremely happy. That lifted my spirits today. Thanks for that hun.

Enjoy your next vaca.

Australia is taking the whole epidemic seriously. It was be one of the safer places to visit in the coming year. If you go there now you are subject to a 14 day quarantine in a hotel, where you cannot even leave the room. The host of the British show "The Last Leg" is an Aussie and few home a couple weeks ago. He did last weeks show from the hotel room , so he could be with his family on Christmas. I'd love to be there now myself....it is summer there...instead of have 2 feet of snow on the ground like here.

Speaking of the Aussies.....here is their version of Jingle Bells

dashing through the bush
in a rusty holden ute
kicking up the dust
esky in the boot
kelpy by my side
singing christmas songs
it's summer time and i am in my singlet, shorts and thongs
jingle bells, jinjle bells, jingle all the way
christmas in australia on a scorching summers day
hey
jingle bells, jinjle bells christmas time is bute
oh what fun it is to ride in a rusty holden ute
engine's getting hot
dodge the kangaroos
swagie climbs abord
he is welcome to
all the family is there
sitting by the pool
christmas day the aussie way by the BBQ
oh
jingle bells, jinjle bells, jingle all the way
christmas in australia on a scorching summers day
hey
jingle bells, jinjle bells christmas time is bute
oh what fun it is to ride in a rusty holden ute
come the afternoon
grandpa has a doze
the kids and uncle bruce are swimming in there cloths
the time comes round to go
we take a family snap
then pack the car and all shoot through
before the washing up
oh
jingle bells, jinjle bells, jingle all the way
christmas in australia on a scorching summers day
hey
jingle bells, jinjle bells christmas time is bute
oh what fun it is to ride in a rusty holden ute

A friend of mine is a nurse in Melbourne.. so yes, I'm familiar with the restrictions etc that they are having there. I'm hoping that the vaccine will be effective enough to remove the restrictions... one thing they had in place, if you were caught more than 3 miles from home, and you weren't an essential worker (they have a very strict deffinition of that as well) you were hit with a $1600 fine immediately... yes, they are taking it seriously... sadly in the US we aren't... and that's leading to more problems...

And thanks for the Bucko and Champs version... I have the CD ;-)

Merry Christmas to you!
