Hello Alaya. You already have charm status. From a non-charm's perspective all I can say is that your forum name appears in pink and you have "charm" under your portrait in your forum posts. I think there is more to it than that but not being one I couldn't say with any authority what else there is. I'm sure another charm could fill you in.

As for fans, we are here but the forum can be quite a quiet place sometimes. Activity goes up and down.

Ive heard that there are charm only topics and i think you can delete posts that are questionable... although this is only speculation on my end

Its kinda like area 51... we know it exists, we have no idea what actually goes on there its fun to speculate and the truth would probably be really boring!
