I cant believe at 47, I am taking pole classes but I freaking love them. My core has never felt better and it has really helped with my back issues!
I am not in my high platforms yet for class but cant wait to upgrade to them.
I will be shooting some updates and videos in the gym.. I hope you enjoy!
