There is a graphic link at the very top of each Charm's and Gent's member page that says "Member Appreciation" on it. You just click that graphic to go to the Member Appreciation page.

You should email the girl whose site you found the girl on. She'll know.

The brunette is current charm Bibette, the blonde is former charm Bianca.
