On the main page, I think the link should be larger and give more information about the Forums. Also the label message board is not clear may be put Chat to Charms.

Yes, that's something some charms do, it helps let your fans know there's another place to interact with you, especially if you want to set up a specific chat time.

Does anyone do a podcast? If people can get thousands of subscribers for the geeky stuff my husband listens to, I would think a panel of charms might be able to accomplish something—just a thought.

A panel of Charms. I'd certainly tune in. reminds me of a show that used to come on cable access called Goddesses. It was a group of BBW's and they'd sit at a desk talking about various subjects and they'd also show footage of their club meetings in a bar, dancing etc. I used to whack it to that show like crazy.
