I have been joining SC models for some years, yet still I have not understood what a "Bonus" update is.

Each girl does bonus sets differently. Some do actual photo sets, some just do a bunch of closups for one fetish, etc. If you are curious about a girl's bonus sets before becoming a member just shoot her and email and I'm sure she'd be happy to tell you.

Yep - exactly! I have a couple bonus sets that don't have enough pics to be a "regular" update (at least not as many as I like to have in a regular update). I also put different fetishes as "bonus" sets, ones that most members may not be into. That way I will still have my regular two updates per week (or more), plus a bonus set.

I used to do a bonus set a week, my bonuses were usually close ups (tits, butt, pussy, etc) but it ended up being a lot of work and no one really seemed into it. By that I mean, I never got emails about them or anything. So I stopped doing them.

I use my regular photo sets for smiling/not smiling sets. (Though it's hard for me to not smile sometimes when I'm having so much fun!) And I also do sleeping photo sets (well, my boyfriend takes them while I'm asleep, hehe.)
If you'd like to see a bonus update of my home without people in it I could certainly do that for you! By SC's rules I THINK I have to be in some pictures, but I can still make it happen.

Why not just use experiments for regular sets though? I have a couple (not many) sets of me not smiling. Quite a few without makeup.

Rosie - doing a bonus set each week would be a LOT of work! Aha! I only have a few right now (a couple coming up) but yeah, they are more for an individual member or just pics that I don't have many of, that I don't want to use for a regular update.

Yeah but I used to do it! I actually do an average of three normal updates a week already. It IS a lot of work. But I enkoy it so it's alright. I didn't really enjoy the bonus updates though.
Before that I used to upload sets I didn't get enough pictures for or things I didn't like as much as bonus updates, like you. But I haven't come across that for quite a while. :p

I use the "bonus" updates for getting more private with the paying audience. Let then know a bit more about me that way. I have reasontly postet a funny commercial thing we did. when my guy was just testing the lights and stuff. i also have an update with pictures of x-mas 2011 and 2012. How i did look and what dresses i had on. In the future bonus' im going to post stuff we did back when i was 18-23 years old. and again an update from 2009 witch was the first, with our new camera. Im a bit chubby and i have black hair there. So like I say. Its use for letting ppl know me a bit more. But also i have some outtake pictures. witch i dont know where else to place.

Most of my bonus updates are of my bloopers or just really small sets. Something we will do night shoots outside it is a lot of fun but you don't always get a lot of photos because of other people around and also they are long exposure so you sit very still for 30-60 sec to get the shot to look the way you want lol. It is hard to do a flashing set where you have to keep or boobs out for 60 seconds lol but i love the way the photos look.

Typically Amethyst and I just use bonus updates for sets that didn't have any free compliant photos OR for extras of a set that we shot way too many to fit in a normal update. Since members are the only ones that can see the pay photos anyway, I don't think it really makes a difference to those joining the site.
